Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables and licensing terms follow the contract for each engagement. Our pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies remain ours; client-specific work product is addressed in your agreement.

Warranties and disclaimer

The website and marketing content are provided "as is". Service warranties, SLAs, and remedies for delivered software are set out in your project contract, not in these Terms alone.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MS Web Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or general marketing materials. Liability for paid services is capped as stated in the relevant commercial agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are interpreted in line with the laws applicable to your signed contract or, where none exists, the laws of the jurisdiction we agree with you in writing. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
